FAQs
Q: When can I place an order?
A: We work in batches to match our makers’ pace. You can check the schedule on our homepage or on our Instagram page.
Q: Why does it take a few days to ship out?
A: Every pair is freshly handcrafted by our makers, who also work on various projects. We schedule our orders alongside theirs, so it takes a few days to complete and prepare your pair.
Q: When will my order be ready for pickup or shipping?
A: You will find the "target ship out" date in our ordering schedule. That's our goal for when your order will be ready for pickup or delivery.
If there are any delays, we'll keep you posted! :)
Q: What’s your mode of delivery or shipping?
A: Shipping rates are based on the volumetric size of the box. J&T has classified our shoeboxes for Chelsea, High Cut, and Heeled Boots as 3kg, while boxes for Classic Flats, Low Cuts, and Loafers range from 1–2.5kg.
J&T Rates:

Tip: For faster delivery, you can book Grab or Lalamove ♡
For an estimated fee, use Bayani, Marikina City as the pin.
Q: What’s your mode of payment?
A: We currently accept e-wallet (Maya, GCash) and bank transfers (BPI, BDO, GoTyme). For preorders, we ask for either a 50% downpayment or full payment. This helps us make sure you're all set and keeps our time and effort focused on each batch we craft.
Q: Do you do repairs?
A: Yes! If your shoes ever needs a little fix in the future, like our resoling or restitching services, our inbox is always open. Please note that we only accept repairs for Klairr shoes.
Q: Do you customize soles or do custom designs?
A: Sorry, we don't offer custom soles, higher heels, or custom designs yet. Each pair is made following our existing styles so we can keep the quality consistent. We're planning to work on groom shoes soon, so feel free to message us if you're interested!
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Not yet. 🙇🏻♀️ We're fully online for now. 🤍
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
We believe you have read our size guide and confirmed your size, but in case you found that the size does not quite fit, here is how our exchange policy works:
Ensure that the shoes show no signs of deep creasing or wear. We kindly ask that you handle them with care and in the same condition it was received.
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your shoes to initiate the exchange process.
Send us photos and videos of the shoes clearly showing their condition.
We will make arrangements to produce another pair of shoes for you in the next or current batch. Please wait patiently.
For pairs with custom black sole-stitching & other requests:
Change of mind or customer error is not eligible for exchange.
However, if your chosen size feels uncomfortable due to the allowance, we can assist with a size down conversion.
All shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer.
klairr.ph reserves the right to inspect the condition of the returned shoes before proceeding with the exchange. If the provided terms and conditions are not fully complied with, we may limit or decline the return and exchange.

CONDITIONING
Apply a small amount of cow leather conditioner to a soft cloth or sponge and massage it evenly in circular motions.
Allow the conditioner to penetrate the leather for a few min-utes, then wipe off any excess with a clean cloth.
PATENT LEATHER, CANVAS, AND FABRICS
Rub shoes gently with a damp cloth, using luke-warm water and mild soap.
New shoes can feel tight at first. Here’s how you can break them in gently ↓
1. Crumpled paper or rolled socks - Cheapest trick. Just stuff the toe box with it and let it help soften the leather. (Works as a storage hack too!)
2. Shoe tree - Helps stretch gently and works as a storage hack too para ma-maintain ‘yung shape.
3. Shoe stretcher - Perfect for pairs that need serious stretching sa length and width.
PS: When using a shoe tree or stretcher, avoid overstretching to protect the leather. 🫶🏽

Insole Comfort Tip ↓
To avoid deep creasing at the spot where our feet naturally bend, it is recommended to add insoles if there is space on the shoes' roof.
Insoles can help fill the space, providing extra support and preventing the shoes from folding excessively.
